J. Lee Marsh is a Circuit Judge in Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit, serving Leon County and the surrounding region. Appointed to the bench in 2018 and elected in 2020, he presides over major civil and constitutional cases in Tallahassee. Prior to becoming a judge, Marsh served as an Assistant Attorney General and as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy, where he was a submariner and legal officer. A Tallahassee native, he earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and has built a career rooted in public service and the rule of law.
